Cable/Hardcore
Cable/Hardcore – A movie that is filmed with the intention of making two different versions. An “X-rated” version for distribution to the cable industry, and a “XXX” or hardcore version. This is ususally accomplished by taking the original cable version splicing in hardcore scenes, mostly extreme close-ups. The result is almost always a watered down and over edited hardcore version.
