NOSE TORTURE – a variant of the S/M ‘ganmen koogeki’ (face attack!). . .which concentrates on the nose. in the beginning of the fetish, fingers were inserted in the nostrils and pulled upwards to give the woman a ‘pig nose.’ But recently it’s gotten much more baroque and/or painful: tiny chains and clamps, sometimes very intracately sculpted, are clamped on the woman’s nose and pulled this way and that.
